"Brie was absolutely amazing to work with. We had a long engagement, almost two years, and I started planning early. Brie offered cake tastings that could be shipped, which was such a huge help as a destination bride. The cake we ended up choosing was one we had only added to the tasting box for fun, since it was a flavor we had never tried before. Every single flavor was so good that we had a hard time deciding. By the time we officially booked, the flavor we chose was no longer listed on her menu, but she still let us go with it, which we really appreciated. I sent her inspiration photos that combined details from two different cakes. That can be a little scary because it's not a cake that technically exists, so you just have to hope the baker understands your vision. From our very first conversation, it was clear Brie completely got it, and on the wedding day she delivered it perfectly. We brought our own cake stand with us and Brie was able to assemble and finish the cake onsite so we could use it. Just look at the photos. It was the prettiest cake and it tasted just as good as it looked. Brie is not only incredibly talented at baking and decorating, but she is also professional, communicative, organized, and thoughtful. She planned ahead and made sure we didn't forget any details. I would choose her again a hundred times over."
